Hudu is unlike any other documentation tool you've seen before
We didn't set out to build an IT documentation tool at first. We were a typical MSP that tried all of the current IT documentation tools, but we were left unsatisfied. We were tired of basic features not existing, or being locked behind expensive pricing tiers, and basic functionality missing. So, we decided to create Hudu. We saw Hudu as our opportunity to not only build a better documentation tool, but to build an entire, integrated documentation experience.

You can archive old and unused documentation. There's no need to prefix items with "INACTIVE" or "OLD" any longer.
Restrict what content employees can see, as well as when they can see it. If you only want to allow an employee to see information in their working hours, that's totally possible!
Automatic weekly exports of your documentation to an Amazon S3 (or S3-compatible) bucket. We were tired of supposedly "secure" documentation tools only allowing us to directly download our passwords.
Less data lock-in. Our competitors want to keep you in their silos. Not us. We want you to stay with Hudu because it's a better product, not because it's impossible to move away. Export all data, including relations, passwords, companies, and more.
Searching feels right. We feel searching your documentation is an aspect others overlooked. The ability to search faster makes finding documentation easy. We allow you to easily filter in and out of company-specific search, and to only include archived results when you want to!
Relating is no longer a hassle. We always wondered why our competitors never got relating right. When you search to add a relation, it should, by default, search for the most likely assets/articles you would want to relate to. Why was this so hard for our competitors to build? The world may never know.
All assets are fully customizable. We built our Asset Layout Wizard to be powerful, and make structuring documentation easier.
We sync companies, contacts, sites, and configurations from ConnectWise Manage, and more integrations are on the way.
It's fast. Why, as computers get faster, and computers become more powerful, is software becoming slow? Especially IT documentation software, which is something you access all day long? We also don't know. We built Hudu to be fast. Like, really fast.
Built-in website monitoring. Know and track SSL certificate information, DNS information, WHOIS information, downtime, and more!
Hudu scans your password for data breaches on the dark web so you know when you (or a client) are using a compromised password.
Send out passwords to clients easily. Configure how long you want the password to stay for, and we will send an encrypted link with your branding out.
